Declaratioon to be given by the Applicant's

I hereby declare that I am joining Aryan's World on my own free will. I will obey the rules & regulations of the society and remain obediant and loyal to Aryan;s World. I will not bear my grudge against anybody in the Society. I promise to respect the Cheif Instructor, Junior Instructor and other seniors inside and outside the club. I understand the society shall not be responsible or liable for any injury sustained by me during practice time or anything that to me outside the club. I promise to use the art only for self defence and sports.
